1. Who we are

Consultation sessions, plan reviews and the products listed on this site are sold by Tunji FZE (“we”, “us”), a Free Zone Establishment licensed in Fujairah Creative City, UAE, licence 4307/2013, trading as Back 2 Front. Contact: tunji@back2front.group.

2. What a consultation session is

A session is private, time-boxed advice from Tunji Oladipo by video call, sold in 30-minute slots (up to 4 per booking). You receive the time, Tunji’s experience and opinion, and any notes he chooses to send afterwards. The session is delivered at the booked time by the video link in your calendar invitation.

A session is not legal, tax, accounting, employment or investment advice, and is not a substitute for a licensed professional in those fields. Decisions you take on the back of a session are yours.

3. Prices, currency and tax

Sessions are quoted and charged in AED. Product prices (Feasibility Builder, plan review) are quoted in SAR. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Whether UAE VAT (5%) is added depends on where your business is established; you are asked before the price is confirmed. Until a session rate is confirmed on the booking page, no payment is taken.

4. Booking and payment

Slots are held for a short period while you pay and released if payment is not completed. Payment is taken on a hosted checkout page operated by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. A booking is confirmed only when payment has cleared and you have received a calendar invitation.

5. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

6. The website assistant and the Health Check

The assistant on this site reports figures against published industry ranges and answers questions from a fixed knowledge base. It does not give advice and is not a substitute for a session. Ranges are general benchmarks for a full-service restaurant and may not apply to your market, lease or menu.

7. Confidentiality

Anything you share in a session or a plan review is treated as confidential and used only to deliver that work. We may ask to use anonymised outcomes as examples; we will not do so without your written consent.

8. Liability

We provide sessions with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a session is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Fujairah.

10. Changes

• We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you book.
