Cancellation and refund policy

Consultation sessions

• More than 24 hours before the first booked slot: cancel or reschedule free of charge, once. A refund, if you cancel, is made to the original payment method within 10 working days.
• Inside 24 hours, or a missed session: the fee is not refundable. The time has been held for you and cannot be resold.
• If we cancel for any reason, you choose a full refund or a new slot at no cost.
• Technical failure on our side that prevents the session going ahead is treated as a cancellation by us.

Plan reviews

Because the review begins when your plan is received and read, a plan review is refundable in full only until the documents have been sent to us. After that, the 24-hour rule above applies to the call itself.

Digital products

The paid Feasibility Builder plan and benchmarks are delivered as files. Once delivered they are not refundable, except where the files are defective and cannot be replaced.

Use the link in your booking confirmation, or email tunji@back2front.group with the booking reference. The time we receive the message is the time that counts.
